Who is Alexsiya Flora?

Alexsiya Flora is an award-winning independent filmmaker, producer, and creative consultant whose work thrives at the intersection of deeply personal storytelling and forward-thinking production. With a Master’s in Entertainment Leadership and Management from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in New Media from Purchase College, she brings both fierce creative vision and rigorous business strategy to every project she touches.

Currently operating between Los Angeles and South Korea, Alexsiya’s global perspective heavily influences her art and consulting. She is the driving force behind a dynamic slate of current projects, including directing and producing the documentary Ginger Girls: The Secret Lives of Redheads, guiding the indie feature The Fantastic Santa Monaco through post-production and distribution, and chronicling her own journey of motherhood and co-parenting in the feature documentary Raising Sunshine.

Beyond the camera, Alexsiya is a sought-after creative consultant and educator. She actively develops curriculums that utilize film themes for character analysis and pioneers the integration of artificial intelligence into creative workflows, helping to design AI-enhanced production blueprints for the next generation of indie creators. Whether she is helping bring emerging voices project into a reality or navigating international film markets, Alexsiya is dedicated to empowering artists and bringing explosive, authentic narratives to the screen.

As an actress, I was featured in HBO's Bored to Death, VH1 “If you like...” commercial and Vetiver "Everyday" music video. I love drawing and painting and going on adventures with my daughter, Sunshine.
